 Pakistan on Monday cut the costs of petroleum and diesel attributable to the diminishing pattern of petrol costs in the global market, the money service said in a proclamation.

The cost of petroleum would drop by 40 Pakistani rupees ($0.144) to 283.38 rupees a liter powerful October 16.

Fast diesel cost would drop by 15 rupees to 303.18 rupees a liter.
